The picture shows that Tao Ruqin, a senior student from Hunan University of Commerce is introducing her information to a leprosy survivor. For more than two years, Tao and her companions have walked into leprosy villages 11 times. On 3rd January, the results of 2016 Top Ten Newsmakers and News of Hunan Education were announced.
