In the future, both parties will fully exert their advantages to build Maker Center, Xiangshang Mass Innovative Space, Wanchuang China ?Xiangjiang Center and other innovation and entrepreneurship platforms together. HNUC will plan a building area covering 2000-5000 m2 in the industrial building of Yuelu Science and Technology Industrial Park as the "Innovation and Entrepreneurship Base of HNUC" and plan more than 200 mu in the park for "Xiangshang Start-up Park" as the bases accepting the teachers and students of HNUC and the enterprises of HNUC alumni. The enterprises approved to be settled in the park will enjoy the industrial preferential policies of Yuelu District for innovation and start-up.

Deputy director of Management Committee of Xiangjiang New District and Secretary of the party committee of Yuelu District Zhou Zhikai indicated that Yuelu District carried out deep cooperation with the colleges and universities, constructed a new pattern of "integration of four areas (campus, industrial park, community, scenic spot), interactive development", formed a good situation for mutual benefits and win-win cooperation in recent years.
