The journalist found that O2O mode, live recruitment fair, code scanning for resume submittal and other modes came up quietly. As for the graduates and employing units, such online-offline combined mode certainly helped to enhance the docking success between graduates and employing units.

The graduates can fill in resumes and apply for jobs via telephone.

Supply and Demand Meeting for Hunan Economic and Trade 2017 Colleges and Universities' Graduates was held in HNUC in the morning. Unlike the previous on-site recruitment, every enterprise had printed its two-dimensional code on the post information poster, and every HR held one iPad. Therefore, the interviewees can submit their resumes after scanning the two-dimensional code via telephone. After a few seconds, their resumes appeared on the iPad.

Ge Xinhui, the deputy director of Recruitment and Employment Office of HNUC, said that the mode was conducted via telephone software, and both parties can know the whole job fair conditions in advanced after downloading the APP. Such as, Zhang Jie, a senior student of HNUC had submitted 9 resumes via telephone before arriving at the job fair, and four enterprises had informed her of the exhibition booth information via short message in advance and invited her to accept the on-site interview and submit the paper resume.

According to the statistics, the novel job fair had attracted 241 offline employing enterprises and 260 online employing enterprises to provide 14,850 jobs for more than 6,000 graduates, meanwhile, these employing enterprises received more than 10,000 resumes.

O2O recruitment enhances the docking success.

"The APP can search for the desirable posts for the interviewees according to their demands and match the desirable students’ information for enterprises, in such case, it is easy for students and enterprises to make bi-directional searching." Ge Xinhui said that the O2O recruitment (online reservation and offline interview) can enhance the docking success greatly.

However, the journalist learned that the university paid more attention to the recruitment data which were obtained from the system background because these data were more accurate and easy for the follow-up analysis, moreover, the recruitment and job-hunting conditions will be analyzed and the unsuccessful resume submittal reasons of individual student were also provided. Song Zhenjia, the relevant responsible personnel of Essence Securities, said that we need to introduce the enterprise information to the interviewees constantly in the previous job fairs, however, these graduates have understood the enterprises in advance, therefore, the recruitment precision and success rate will be higher.
