[Lushan Lecture Hall] Professor Ni Xing from South China Normal University Gave Lectures

On the evening of Oct. 19, Professor Ni Xing from School of Politics and Public Administration at South China Normal University was invited to HUTB to give the 102th Lecture at Lushan Lecture Hall. The topic of the lecture was "Administrative System Reform in the New Era." The lecture was held in the Conference Room F201 of Lezhi Building. Leading group members of School of Law and Public Management and representatives of faculty and students listened to the lecture.

 


First, Professor Ni Xing started with the historical development of China's reform of administrative system, summarized the experience of China’s administrative system reform, and proposed several new dimensions of administrative system reform in the new era; Second, Professor Ni Xing analyzed government performance management, internal and external environment optimization and other issues in the form of typical cases; Finally, Professor Ni discussed the logic and hot issues of administrative system reform in the new era. After the lecture, Professor Ni had an interactive communication with the faculty and students on site. In this lecture, it broadened the academic horizons of our faculty and students, and everyone benefited a lot.

Professor Ni Xing is an expert of the National Social Science Foundation Disciplinary Planning Review Group, a professor and doctoral supervisor of School of Politics and Public Administration at SCNU, and a young and middle-aged expert who has made outstanding contributions to the National Project for Millions of Talents. Professor Ni has long been engaged in research on organization and personnel management, local development strategic planning, public sector performance management, and anti-corruption policy; He has visited dozens of universities and academic institutions in the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Europe, etc.; In recent years, Professor Li has published more than 100 academic papers and about 11 academic research theses in the professional fields; Independently presided over more than 70 national, provincial and local government entrusted projects including major projects of the National Social Science Fund.
