HUTB’s Division-Level Cadres Visit Zhuobi Village’s Impoverished Households Included in Pairing Assistance Program

On July 12, Gan Dejian, a member of HUTB’s Party Committee and Director of the United Front Department of the Party Committee, Chen Ming, a member of HUTB’s Party Committee and director of the Publicity Department of the Party Committee, as well as over 50 division-level cadres visited Zhuobi Village’s impoverished households included in the pairing assistance program and volunteer teachers made up of HUTB’s graduate students.

During the visit, the cadres asked their own corresponding aid recipients in detail about their current situations and remaining difficulties, encouraging them to hold firm confidence in living a better life. As poverty alleviation has reached the critical stage for decisive victory and full end, the cadres urged that the Zhuobi Villagers should work extremely close with each other to complete the “last mile” of poverty alleviation. The closer to the final stage of poverty alleviation it is, the harder efforts are needed. As long as the hard and practical work is done, the victory in poverty alleviation is bound to come.

In Zhuobi Primary School, the division-level cadres also visited the volunteer teachers made up of HUTB's graduate students, praising their sincere participation in poverty alleviation. At the Discussion Meeting involving the members of the Poverty Alleviation Team Stationed in the Village and the“Village Party Branch Committee and Villager Committee” (Two Committees), the cadres heard the reports on the assistance the Poverty Alleviation Team provided in the past three years. On behalf of the whole villagers, the Secretary of Zhuobi Village Party Branch expressed the heartfelt thanks to HUTB and all the division-level cadres for their sincere aid.
