HUTB Teacher Awarded the Title of “National Advanced Accounting Worker”

On December 26, 2019, the national financial working conference was held in Beijing. At the conference, 75 collectives and 65 individuals were awarded “national advanced collective in the financial system” and “national advanced worker in the financial system”; 100 individuals won the title of “national advanced accounting worker”. Zhong Wensheng, who worked in HUTB Financial Department, was awarded the title of“national advanced accounting worker”.
In Hunan Province, 4 collectives and 6 individuals were honored, among whom, Liuyang MunicipalBureau of Finance, Yueyang Municipal Bureau of Finance, Ningyuan County Bureau of Finance and Longshan County Ciyan Town Finance Station were awarded “national advanced collective in the financial system”; Hu Yuhua, Jiang Shiyong and Yang Tianbo were awarded “national advanced worker in the financial system”; Du Yigang, Zhang Runtao and Zhong Wensheng were awarded “national advanced accounting worker”.
In 2018, the new governmental accounting standards system started its pilot reform, and HUTB became one of the first pilot reform units appointed by Hunan Provincial Government. Under the correct leadership of the Party Committee and the Administrative Board of HUTB, all the staff of the Finance Dept. concentrated their efforts and made steady progress in finding and solving problems, drawing lessons and summing up experiences. While ensuring successful completion of the pilot reform work in HUTB, they have also provided scientific, entire, meticulous and detailed first-hand valuable information for the formal implementation of new governmental accounting standard system in 2019 in the whole province and even in the whole country.
HUTB's outstanding achievements and valuable experience in the pilot implementation work have been highly praised by the Ministry of Finance and the Provincial Department of Finance. In 2019, HUTB was awarded the title of “provincial advanced unit in the pilot implementation”; Zhong Wensheng and Lu Yong were awarded the title of “provincial advanced individual in the pilot implementation”, they were invited to make special reports at the provincial and even national-level governmental units experience sharing meetings and industry associations business training meetings. As a member of the Expert Group for Pilot Implementation in Hunan Province, Zhong Wensheng was recommended by the Provincial Department of Finance to the Ministry of Finance to be awarded the title of “national advanced individual in the pilot implementation”.
