Leaders and Experts from Human Resources and Social Security Department of Hunan Came to the Center of Anti-corruption to Study and Exchange

In order to study and implement Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, we should push forward learning and education of "stay true to the mission and keep the mission in mind". Hu Qi, Vice Manager of the Organization Department of the Provincial Party Committee, Director of Department of Human Resources and Social Security and Secretary of Party Leadership Group, leaders of Huang Zanjia, Hu Shaoheng, Lyu Zhigang, Wang Huanjun, Zhou Xianfeng and Xu Yanping, together with more than 40 Party members and cadres at the department level and above, came to Collaborative Innovation center of Anti-corruption for study and exchange in the morning of Jul. 11. President & Academician Chen Xiaohong, Vice President Peng Jinqing and Chief Expert Wang Minggao attended the activity.

 Accompanied by academician Chen Xiaohong, Director Hu Qi and his delegation first visited the "exhibition of clean governance cultural and artistic works of Hunan University of Technology and Business" and the "exhibition of Sino-foreign clean governance". Professor Wang Minggao introduced the main contents of "Carry out the Anti-corruption and Global Incorruption Movement", "Carry on Anti-corruption from Generation to Generation", "Stay True to the Mission", "Achieve Incorruption Huxiang" and "Inheriting Incorruption Culture" based on the Sino-foreign clean government system and culture. In the following thematic learning, Professor Wang Minggao introduced the main anti-corruption organizations and systems in the world based on the Study on the Sino-foreign Anti-corruption System, combed China's anti-corruption experience, expounded the content, function and great value of the scientific system anti-corruption system, and demonstrated the importance and specific path of the research and implementation of scientific system anti-corruption system in the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics combined with the new situation of the incorrupt Party style construction and anti-corruption campaign. Cited the change of the anti-corruption attitude of American government after the "911" event and other fresh cases such as Feng Weilin, Director of Provincial Highway Administration, who turned from a scholar to a greedy official, and Gong Weiguo, "Freaky Mayor" of Linxiang, who came a cropper, etc., Professor Wang Minggao pointed out that no one should cling to "fluke mentality", even breed "compensation mentality" under the situation of overwhelming victory in incorrupt Party style construction and anti-corruption campaign. As Party members and cadres, we should make our lives safe and happy only if we stay true to the mission and keep a clear mind all the time.

Huang Zanjia, Deputy Director of the Provincial Human Resources and Social Security Department and Deputy Secretary of Leading Party Group, made a summary on behalf of Leading Party Group of Department. In his speech, he pointed out that the theme of "exhibition of Sino-foreign clean governance" of Hunan University of Technology and Business was concentrated with both pictures and texts, and positive energy should be transmitted to everyone with excellent clean governance system and culture. The lecture by Professor Wang Minggao explained profound theories in simple language based on the Sino-foreign comparison, contributing a wonderful lesson to the theme education of "stay true to the mission and keep the mission in mind" being carried out by Leading Party Group of Department. He also put forward three requirements for Party members and cadres in the whole Department: firstly, we should strengthen the Party spirit cultivation, improve our political position, constantly enhance the "four consciousness", strengthen the "four confidence", resolutely achieve the "two maintenance", and maintain a high consistency with the Party Central Committee; secondly, we should possess the ideological cultivation and moral sentiment, cultivate political virtues, and build ideas to prevent risks; thirdly, we should investigate and rectify problems in the field of human resources and social security, and strive to hand over a satisfactory answer sheet to the Provincial Party Committee, the provincial government and the people of the province based on the deployment of the Central and Provincial Party Committees.
