Shenzhen Alumni Association Held a Council Enlarged Meeting with HNUC Leaders to attend

Recently, Shenzhen Alumni Association of our University held a council enlarged meeting. Xia Jichun, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, attended the meeting and more than 30 alumni in Shenzhen participated in the meeting.

By taking the opportunity to participate in China Engineering Technology Forum (Smart City), President Academician Chen Xiaohong visited members of Board of Directors of Shenzhen Alumni Association, and introduced the changes of the alma mater in recent years to the alumni. "After being promoted to a key university in this year, the score line is much higher than that of the key universities. The project approval of the doctoral program is being carried out steadily. The name change work has also been strongly supported by the provincial Party committee and the provincial government. Next year is the 70th anniversary of HNUC, which is a very important event for the alma mater. Welcome to come back to the alma mater." President Chen Xiaohong sent a sincere invitation to the alumni.

During the meeting, He Xianyun, Executive President of Shenzhen Alumni Association introduced the new and previous members, reported the recent work of Shenzhen Alumni Association, and proposed to appoint Wei Hongzhang as Executive Vice Chairman, Yang Jinhui and Xiao Canfeng as Vice Chairman; Li Yuoren, Liu Yuxing, Tang Zhijun, Xia Lin and Wu Dingguo as directors; He Junfeng, Gong Li and Wu Wenzhi as Deputy Secretary General. The supplementary proposal was approved by all representatives of the conference by voting by raising hands.
