Vice President Zeng Fuqiu Led a Team to Visit Korean Universities

In order to deepen international exchanges and cooperation, actively explore the internationalization path of talent training, improve the grade and level of international education, and deepen the exchanges between HNUC and R.O Korea's cooperative institutions, at the invitation of Woosong University and Kyonggii University, Vice-President Zeng Fuqiu of our university led a group of four members, namely, Zhang Guihua, Dean of Beijin College; Zhang Yangbin, Dean of International Business School; and Mo Xiangyi, Director of Student Work Department. They visited Korea from November 26th to November 30th for exchanges and visits.

The delegation conducted an in-depth study of the internationalization of the faculty of the two universities, the cultivation of international talents, and the construction of campus culture. The “3+1” exchange program for students' cooperation was selected and the teachers and students of our school went to Korea to study for master's degree. The Ph.D. and other projects have conducted in-depth exchanges and discussions. The delegation was also invited to participate in the student business plan competition of the Woosoon University.
Woosong University is the largest educational group in central Korea, which is affiliated with Yasong Academy, founded in 1954. The university is mainly a four-year undergraduate training. Most of its majors have offered master's courses and some have offered doctoral courses. Overseas students come from more than 50 countries in the world, ranking in the forefront of Korean universities in terms of internationalization. It was selected by the Ministry of Education of Korea as “Advanced Unit to Improve University's Independent Innovation Ability” and “Advanced University with International Ability” in 2017. Kyonggi University was founded in 1947. There are more than 18,000 students (more than 3,000 master's and doctoral students) in the study. All majors can pursue postgraduate and doctoral studies, with tourism, art and graduate schools being the most famous.
Vice President Zeng Fuqiu also visited Seoul National University and Chungnam National University during the visit.
This visit has opened up a new field of international exchange and cooperation work, set up a new cooperation platform, and effectively promoted HNUC's international exchange and cooperation work to a new level. (Text / Figure Mo Xiangyi Zhang Guihua)
