The Think-tank Report of the University's Teacher is Adopted by the Ministry of Education

Recently, the research achievements Thoughts on Ecological Civilization and Green Development in Yangtze River Economic Belt of Prof. Xu Shu of School of Business Administration of the university was adopted by the Ministry of Education and published in the Ministry of Education Bulletin (Special Issue of Colleges and Universities Think-tank). The research report has been submitted by the General Office of the Ministry of Education to General Office of the CPC Central Committee, General Office of the State Council, General Office of Standing Committee of the National People's Congress, General Office of Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, General Office of Central Leading Group for Propaganda and Ideological Work, General Office of National Leading Group for Education of Science and Technology, Central Policy Research Office, State Council Research Office, Counselors' Office of the State Council, Development Research Center of the State Council and other national departments and political research institutes.
The Ministry of Education Bulletin (Special Issue of Colleges and Universities Think-tank) takes "Focusing on Major Problems and Serving National Strategy" as the guidance and is aimed at the decision-making departments of the Party and the government. It focuses on the publication of advisory suggestions of experts and scholars of colleges and universities focusing on strategic research, prediction research and countermeasure research to provide high-quality intellectual support for the scientific decision-making of the Party and the government. It is an important carrier of the Ministry of Education promoting the construction of colleges and universities think-tank and also one of the most important channels for the systems of colleges and universities submitting their decision-making consultation results to Central Government.
The achievement of Prof. Xu Shu is adopted as "the 23rd of the Serial Achievements of the Spirit of 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China" in the Ministry of Education Bulletin (Special Issue of Colleges and Universities Think-tank). The research achievement analyzed the current situation of ecological civilization and green development in the Yangtze River Economic Zone from the perspectives of regularity, agglomeration and radiation effects and industrial ecosystem security, explained the issues that should be concerned of the current ecological civilization and green development in the Yangtze River Economic Zone from the aspects of big data technology, objective conditions of regional development, assessment indicator of ecological civilization, etc., and put forward suggestions and countermeasures from the aspects of the application of big date, construction of big data industrial chain, implementation of strategy of main functional area, delineation of boundary line for ecological protection, compilation of "Multi-regulations and Integration" spatial planning, optimization of industrial structure and layout and spatial development pattern, etc.
It is reported that the Ministry of Education Bulletin (Special Issue of Colleges and Universities Think-tank) only publishes a total 24 reports each year. Prof. Xu Shu's research achievement have been adopted and published by the Ministry of Education, which is the reflection of our teachers' active role as think-tank of experts and scholars, and is of great significance to improving the academic influence of social sciences research in the university, the current "Three Promotions" work in the university and the construction of doctoral programs of business management discipline.
