Changsha Alumni Association Held the First "Shangyuanhong" Forum of Entrepreneurship and Innovation

On Jun. 9, the first "Shangyuanhong" forum of Entrepreneurship and innovation of the Changsha Alumni Association was held in the Talent Lecture Hall of the Library. The attendees were President Chen Xiaohong(academician), the Deputy Secretary Xia Jichun of University Party Committee, the relevant responsible person of alumni associations, alumni representatives of alumni associations in Hunan, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Beijing, Hangzhou, etc.
Chairman Huang Xingyao of Changsha Alumni Association welcomed and thanked the arrival of alumni in his speech, and briefly introduced the operation of the "Shangyuanhong" public welfare program. He expressed his sincere thanks to the leaders of the alma mater and the General Alumni Association for their attention and guidance, and for the care and help of brother alumni associations. He said that the convening of the forum of entrepreneurship and innovation will set up an exchange platform for alumni culture of Hunan University of Commerce, boost the education of entrepreneurship and innovation in the university and serve the development of alumni enterprises.
President Chen Xiaohong fully affirmed the role of the forum of entrepreneurship and innovation in strengthening alumni exchange and cooperation, and delivered the keynote lecture of Research on Innovation and Entrepreneurship in the New Economic Environment. The lecture revolved around the innovation and entrepreneurship under new technologies, new types of operation and new patterns, big data and innovation and entrepreneurship, ecological civilization construction and green entrepreneurship, trade war and independent innovation and other aspects. She believed that innovation and entrepreneurship should adapt to new technologies, new types of operation and new patterns, and respond to new national development strategies. The big data is becoming a new driving force for economic transformation and development, a new opportunity for enhancing competitive advantage of the nation, and a new engine for promoting the application of technological innovation. She also introduced the university's "Business Studies +" educational practice of innovation and entrepreneurship, pointing out that the university strengthens the top-level design and systematically promotes the education reform of innovation and entrepreneurship to highlight culture leading and create the new ecology of "Business Studies +" education of innovation and entrepreneurship, emphasizes the unity of knowing and doing, constructs the new pattern of "three, two and four" of "Business Studies +" education of innovation and entrepreneurship, adheres to opening up and collaboration, perfects the new service system of "Business Studies +" innovation and entrepreneurship, fosters a batch of models of innovation and entrepreneurship, wins a series of awards on innovation and entrepreneurship, receives a batch of mainstream media's reports, obtains high praise from superior leaders, and achieves remarkable achievements of education practice of innovation and entrepreneurship.
In the theme sharing session, President Jiang Cexun of Hunan Zhongguo Agricultural Science and Technology Co., Ltd. Shared the brand story of Good Papa Fresh, Senior Vice President Yang Kai of Zhongliang Womai, Director and Executive Vice President Xu Chunmei of Linewell Software Group and Head Chen Nianchu of Rental Housing Preparation of KANG QIAO GROUP made keynote speeches entitled as New Pattern / New Development: Three Tuyeres of New Economic Normality, Smart City and Times of Real Estate 2.0: Opportunities.
Deputy Secretary Xia Jichun pointed out in his concluding speech that the forum of innovation and entrepreneurship has promoted the exchanges between alumni and spread new knowledge of entrepreneurship.
