Our Students Achieve Good Results in National University Students Supply Chain Operation Competition

The national final of First “Changfeng Cup” National University Students Supply Chain Operation Competition sponsored by Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals, China Joint Research Institute of Industry and Education and undertaken by Beijing Logis Science and Technology Development Co., Ltd., and Beijing Wuzi University was held in Beijing  Wuzi University on Jun. 10. HNUC “Jianruopanshi” Team (Zhou Wei, Yi Jinhui, Zhang Rui and Wang Le) directed by Shi Biao stood out from 30 participating teams of 21 universities and won the second prize.

This Supply Chain Operation Competition is mainly aimed at investigating the university students’ knowledge and understanding for smart supply chain and supply chain management concept. Combing theory with practice, this competition will ask the participants to play role, plan, operate and decide the supply chain to enhance the professional practice ability of supply chain major in universities and stimulate the exploration and innovative spirits of university students under the background of real enterprise cases.

This competition is divided into mass election, promotion event and the final, attracting 672 teams and 3,361 players who come from 183 universities and 29 regions inChina. With outstanding performance, HNUC players ranked first in the fifth competition area (Hunan, Guangxi, Yunnan, Guizhou and Hainan) and advanced to the final. In the final, 30 teams from six competition areas gathered together to compete in the team PK athletic form, finally, HNUC “Jianruopanshi” Team ranked the sixth and won the second prize.
