Ten Years’ Big Data: President Chen Xiahong Entering the Core Scholars of Humanities and Social Sciences of China

Recently, the electronic publishing house of Journal of Tsinghua University Chinese Academic Journals (CD) published a text of “the Status of Academic Development of Philosophy and Social Sciences in China for the Past Ten Years from the Big Data of Literature”. Through the statistics and analysis of more than 7 million articles published in 6,268 academic journals in CNKI from 2006 to 2015, this paper reveals the academic development of philosophy and social science in China in the past ten years from the perspectives of core scholar analysis and high influence literature of philosophy and social science. In order to ensure the scientific specification of the results, the paper uses the Price Law and the comprehensive index method to determine and evaluate the core authors and their comprehensive academic levels in the subject.

According to the data, in the field of economics, there have been more than 1.043 million authors publishing more than one paper with the first author’s identity in the past 10 years, and President Chen Xiahong’s comprehensive index ranks among the top 10 and ranked the ninth in the country; the number of her national fund papers ranked first in the country. In the past 10 years, President Chen Xiaohong has published 104 papers in the field of economics; the total number of cited times is 2,508, and the total download frequency is 76,511 times; the number of the fund theses is 88, among which the number of national fund papers is 78.
