HNUC and Well-known Enterprises Built Employment and Entrepreneurship Base

To achieve full and high-quality employment for the graduates of 2017 session in our university, HNUC invited more than 30 well-known listed companies including Sany Group, Zoomlion, Piano Furniture, Huaan Securities, and Tangren Group to our university to hold a special medium-sized job fair on the afternoon of March 28, and at the same time to carry out school-enterprise cooperation symposium about building employment and entrepreneurship base together.
The enterprises on this job fair are reputable ones, offering more than 1500 jobs, with the recruitment posts covering the various professions in our university. More than 500 graduates in our university participated in the fair, and another 100 graduates from Hunan and other provinces were also attracted here. All these job seekers were fully prepared. They were decently dressed and showed their style to enterprises with beautiful resumes. Employers talk actively with these graduates and were very satisfied with their calibers.
At the same time, HNUC carried out school-enterprise cooperation talks about building employment and entrepreneurship base together. Vice president Zeng Fuqiu and Liu Guoquan, Enrollment and Employment Guidance office, Academic Affairs Office, Entrepreneurship Education and Practice Teaching Center, vice presidents of teaching, deputy secretaries and employment commissioners of each school, and representatives of listed companies in this job fair participated in the symposium.
Vice President Liu Guoquan expressed his gratitude to all these well-known listed companies for recruiting talents and participating in the University-enterprise cooperation forum, and hoped that the participants would make comments and suggestions on school-enterprise cooperation, talent recruitment and training, the integration of production and education, the employment and entrepreneurship of college students, etc.
The representatives of listed companies spoke highly of the graduates of our university in their speeches, attached great importance to and actively participated in the start of school-enterprise cooperative employment and entrepreneurship base. In addition, they also provided some valuable opinion in terms of personnel training, student career development, etc.
Vice president Zeng Fuqiu pointed out in the concluding remarks that in the new economic normalcy, schools imparted theoretical knowledge and enterprises imparted practical experience. The two formed an interdependent power which played a positive role in promoting the growth of students. He believed that the cooperation between schools and enterprises should form a long-term mechanism. More forms of cooperation should be carried out in terms of personnel training, production and education integration, employment and entrepreneurship base construction, etc, so that the human resources of HNUC could be turned into the power which drove the enterprises.
