In the morning of December 10, the District-university Strategic Cooperation Signing Ceremony between HNUC and Yuelu District, and Wanchuang China-Xiangjiang Center Opening Ceremony was held. Therein, more than 60 excellent alumni entrepreneurs participated in the signing and opening ceremony, including, the deputy director of Xiangjiang New District Management Committee and the secretary of Party Committee of Yuelu District Zhou Zhikai, the head of Yuelu District Liu Hui, the secretary of Party Committee of our university Tang Yayang, the president of our university Chen Xiaohong, the deputy secretary of Party Committee Xia Jichun, the vice president Liu Guoquan, the board chairman and president of Linewell Software Group Wu Zhixiong, the chief expert of Beijing Wanchuang Juli Technology Co., Ltd. Qiu Shanqin, etc.

Zhou Zhikai, deputy director of Xiangjiang New District and the secretary of Party Committee of Yuelu District, pointed out that Yuelu District, as the "west engine" and "west highland" in Changsha, will continuously excavate the regional advantages about science and education, optimize the investment environment and realize the mutual benefits and win-win result in the in-depth cooperation between district and university. In recent years, Yuelu District has carried out deep cooperation with colleges and universities, and devotes to constructing a new pattern of "integration of four areas (campus, industrial park, community, scenic spot), interactive development". The signing of the strategic cooperation agreement will be beneficial for the incubation, transformation and industrialization of knowledge achievements made by HNUC, and will inject new vitality to the development of dominant industry of Yuelu District.

President Chen Xiaohong said both parties will fully exert their advantages to build Maker Center, Xianshang Mass Innovative Space, Xiangshang Start-up Park, Wangchuang China ?Xiangjiang Center and other innovation and entrepreneurship platforms together.The enterprises which were approved to enter into "Xiangshang Start-up Park" were entitled to enjoy the industry preferential policies in innovation and entrepreneurship in Yuelu District, and we welcome the alumni entrepreneurs to make investigation and investment, realize the "tripartite benefits" and make the important contributions for Hunan's economic development in Yuelu District which was called as the central city, the Silicon Valley and talent bottomland which had the largest vitality and rapid economic development in Changsha.

After the chief expert of Beijing Wanchuang Juli Technology Co., Ltd. Qiu Shanqin made a brief introduction to Wanchuang China-Xiangjiang Center project, the opening ceremony of "Wanchuang China-Xiangjiang Center" was started.

Then, the district head of Yuelu District Government Liu Hui signed the strategic cooperation agreement with the president of our university Chen Xiaohong.

Tang Yayang, secretary general of Party Committee of our university said that the cooperation will start the new journey and create the new brand about district-university cooperation. Both parties shall refine the strategic cooperation contents and key emphasis in work, including assignment book, roadmap and timetable; Put the agreement into practice and establish the long-term cooperation mechanism under the guidance of the blueprint. Both parties shall build the strategic cooperation between Yuelu District Government and HNUC into the paradigm and prototype in the aspect of district-university cooperation via the active cooperation and joint efforts of both parties.

In the afternoon, the participating guests and alumni entrepreneurs visited our Xiande Academy, Lingnan Creativity Workshop, Buduo Hall, Maker Workshop and Maker Center; They inspected Yanghu Capital Investment Center, Xueshi Road Innovation and Start-up Corridor, Park Planning Exhibition Building, headquarter base of inspection, test and certification, Liandong U Valley and University Students Science & Technology Entrepreneurship Service Center.

On the forum which was held in the evening, the participating alumni entrepreneurs gave their opinions with regard to the park supporting policies, entrepreneurship guidance funds and other issues, and many enterprises expressed their intention to carry out district-enterprise cooperation and enter in the park for entrepreneurship. The deputy director general of Xiangjiang New District Economic Development Bureau Zhang Liu answered the policy consultation questions which were proposed by entrepreneurs one by one. Xiangjiang New District will give its warm welcome to the alumni enterprises by right of its quadruple superposition policies, including Hunan Xiangjiang New District, Changsha City, Yuelu District and the landed industrial park.

Li Shunze, deputy head of Yuelu District, said that Yuelu District will perfect the mechanism and service system, integrate resources and promote the development in the higher layer and broader field, which will hold the largest sincerity and the most preferential policies to give its warm welcome to the entrance and entrepreneurship of alumni entrepreneurs who came from HNUC.
