President Chen Xiaohong Attended the Working Conference of Appraisal Group of State Council for Business Management Discipline

Recently, the 2016 working conference of appraisal group of the State Council for business management discipline was held at the People's University of China. In accordance with the requirements from the degree office of the State Council, this conference discussed the Basic Condition for the Application of the Authorized Point for Degree of Business Management Discipline and the Working Program for the Construction and Survey on the Courses of Postgraduates for Business Management Discipline and approached the problems on the construction of first-class business management discipline, etc. The president and professor Chen Xiaohong attended the conference as a member of the appraisal group.
In accordance with the requirements of "high level and high standard", this conference made the corresponding adjustment for the discipline orientation and characteristics, discipline team, talent cultivation, cultivation environment and condition, etc. for the application unit in the Basic Conditions for the Application of Doctor's and Master's Degree at the Authorized First-class Discipline Point, which met the core task for the education of the postgraduates with the service demand, quality improvement of our country, and it can ensure the entry quality for the education of the postgraduates of our country in a better way and laid the foundation for the construction of "double first-class".
President Chen Xiaohong pointed out in the exchange at the conference: the adjustment and setting for this application condition fully showed the high attention of our country on the construction of first-class discipline. As a local undergraduate university, HNUC has accumulated certain characteristics in the long term educational practice and made the acquaintance with the period of new development opportunity. The university would actively compare with the new index terms, persist the target of "double first-class", continuously strengthen connotation construction, enhance discipline overall strength, improve running-school level, spare no effort for the right of authorization for the doctor's degree on first-class business management discipline as early as possible on the base of which it pushed the university to step on a higher development stage, and also contributed more for the construction of first-class business management discipline.
After the meeting, president Chen Xiaohong conveyed the spirit of adjustment for the related index term and condition to the cadres of division level in university, she encouraged and requested all teachers and students to make joint efforts and to strengthen the pressure and responsibility, practice the function, compete with contributions to the achievement of the target of three improvements and the construction of the regional first class university as early as possible.
