President Chen Xiaohong Made Investigation and Survey in School of Law and Public Management

On the afternoon of September 22, accompanied by Wang Minggao, the vice-president of merging process leading group for School of Law and Public Management, the president Chen Xiaohong came to School of Law and Public Management to make investigation and survey. Liu Qixiang and Xiang Yanzhong, the deputy group leaders of Merging Process Leading Group for School of Law and Public Management, Zeng Xing, Hu Yanxiang and Liu Xingyun, members of the merging process leading group attended the investigation and survey conference.
Liu Qixiang gave an account of working conditions and the next working thought after merger on behalf of School of Law and Public Management. Since the first teachers' conference of School of Law and Public Management was held on July 10, the teaching, scientific research and discipline work were conducted in order, as a result, the researchers' combination was transformed into researchers' heart combination and talents combination, and the following affairs were put in place, namely, offices, organizational framework, teachers and students' recognition, as well as system operation. Consequently, the favorable results (1+1＞2) were achieved. Meanwhile, the college will also make efforts to solve the important accumulated problems and accomplish all indexes as specified in the "three improvements" targets in high quality.
After listening to the reports, the president Chen pointed out that it was worthy of affirming the hard work of School of Law and Public Management's leading team because all works were steadily promoted since the school merger. It was necessary to put personnel heart and concept in place, establish system and organizational framework as well as form centripetal force and cohesive force after the merger, specifically, the leading team shall cooperate with absolute sincerity to establish entrepreneurship working atmosphere, lead all teachers to set up "put more attention to work, instead of personnel" attitude, make efforts to introduce high-level talents, as well as capture direction and breakthrough, as a result, establish discipline brands and characteristics, and make breakthrough in the academic master program, national scientific research project and school running via international cooperation.
After the investigation and survey, the president Chen inspected the offices of School of Law and Public Management, and hoped that it will continue to carry out all construction works and make contributions to the "three improvements" target. (Yin Qin)
