Newly Increased 16 Employment Bases in Our University

Our university painstakingly formulated employment market exploration scheme in summer holidays according to the employment region intention of graduates to adapt to the new normal of Chinese economic development and the structural changes about university students' employment market, understand the current economic development conditions, industry development trend as well as the talent demands conditions & level in all regions and industries, further expand employment channels for 2017 graduates, innovate talent cultivation mode, enhance employment ability as well as comprehensively increase the employment quantity and quality of our university graduates. The Recruitment and Employment Office and partial affiliated colleges will organize two teams to explore employment market in Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta in summer holidays.

Under the leading of the vice-president Zeng Fuqiu, the Employment Market Exploration Team which came to Yangtze River Delta went around the following 15 government and enterprise departments, including Zhejiang Province Talent Market, Jinhua Talent Market, Yiwu Talent Market, Yiwu Chamber of Commerce, Ningbo Beilun District Human Resources Service Center, Ningbo Wanlian International Group, Wenzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone, Wenzhou C&U Group, Hangzhou Mistong Education Technology Development Co., Ltd., Shanghai ETW Computer Science and Technology Co., Ltd., etc. Another Employment Market Exploration Team which came to Pearl River Delta went around the following 15 government and enterprise departments, including Zhuhai High-tech Zone Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, Guangzhou Branch of Alliance Zhaopin.com, Zhongnan Human Resources Group, Shenlao Human Resources Co., Ltd., Luohu District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, etc. These two teams have gone to many cities and regions within 7 days, and they participated in 34 university-enterprise cooperation forums and enterprise field investigation activities, and signed 16 employment base cooperation agreements.

During the exchange and survey, most of employing units indicated that the university students shall pay more attention to enhancing their comprehensive quality, practical ability and specialty foundation. The universities shall lay emphasis on students' career planning education, employment guidance and employment ability enhancement, etc.

After the in-depth exchange, the visited government and enterprise departments expressed their intention about organizing excellent enterprise groups to recruit graduates in our university. (Recruitment and Employment Office)
