On September 5, the president Chen Xiaohong came to Lezhi Building, Education Sunshine Service Center, the first canteen, Zhicheng Building, Rixin Building, Laboratory Building and other places to check and inspect the new semester opening works. She also visited and comforted the related workers.
She gave fully affirmation to the road bituminization and campus landscaping transformation achievements, enjoined the related responsible persons to keep the cleaning and beautiful campus environment for the sake of taking on a brand-new look for the incoming freshmen and parents.
In the Education Sunshine Service Center, she visited and comforted the related workers and expressed her satisfaction with all orderly works on the first date of term opening. She browsed the warning records in Security Office at length, checked the souvenir storefront and put forward suggestions about souvenir displaying details.
Beyond that, she also entered in the canteens to check environment transformation, food price, food hygiene, fire safety and other conditions. Then, she emphasized that it was necessary to strengthen the food hygiene supervision and guarantee the eating quality of teachers and students.
In Lezhi Building, Zhicheng Building and Rixin Building, she checked the device operation conditions, which will be used in the new semester and put forward the follow-up transformation suggestions. In the Laboratory Building, she checked the Big Data and Internet Research Institute and Mobile Commercial Intelligence Hunan Province Key Laboratory, which were going to be used. Then, she listened to the working report of responsible persons.
She also required all departments to make persistent efforts and work together to comprehensively accomplish the logistic service, safety security, environment renovation and other works in the new semester. In the face of the problems during inspection, all departments shall take effective measures to make rectification immediately for the sake of creating favorable studying, working and life environment for all teachers and students.
