Our university signed a cooperation agreement of employment and entrepreneurial base with MENDALE Household Textiles Co., Ltd.

On the morning of July 19, the secretary of the Party Committee Tang Yayang and vice-president Zeng Fuqiu led the responsible persons of Recruitment and Employment Office and Dean's Office to investigate and visit Hunan MENDALE Household Textiles Co., Ltd. They signed a cooperative agreement of "Co-build Employment and Entrepreneurship Base" and authorized a brand to the base. Jiang Tianwu, the board chairman of Hunan MENDALE Household Textiles Co., Ltd., CEO Li Jing, the director of Comprehensive Management Department and Human Resources Department Chen Mi, Zhang Jian and Zhou Haiyan, our university's schoolfellows who served as senior executives in the company also attended the signing ceremony.
Accompanied by Chen Mi, the director of Comprehensive Management Department and Human Resources Department, our university leaders visited Household Living Museum, production workshop, intelligent production hanging line and warehouse space, which included nearly 9,000 storage locations with great interests. They looked and listened to the introduction about MENDALE brands, marketing channels and individual products. Finally they got an in-depth understanding about brand culture of MENDALE.
As the related leaders explained, MENDALE had developed its own brand in the market by right of its product characteristics with rich hierarchies and unique brand positioning. It focused on practicing the high-quality home furniture dream of home lovers across the world. Considering as "love in family", "quality first" and "servant leadership" as the target, foundation and driving team respectively, MENDALE had covered product R&D, marketing network, service system, management activities, brand construction and so on. And MENDALE was always deemed as the industry leader after making great efforts to brand construction since its establishment.
On the university-enterprise cooperation forum, the vice-president Zeng Fuqiu introduced our university's school-running history, school overview, development targets, talent cultivation target and other basic conditions with the purpose of building cooperation with excellent enterprises to provide more opportunities and platforms for our university students and enhance their quality about employment and entrepreneurship.
And Chen Mi, the sirector of Comprehensive Management Department and Human Resources Department, introduced the basic conditions of the company, especially, company's demands for talents. Zhang Jian and Zhou Haiyan, our university's schoolfellows who served as senior executives in the company spoke glowingly of talent cultivation characteristics of the alma mater and enterprise's culture and operation concept's influence on talent growth. After that, Jiang Tianwu, the Board Chairman of Hunan MENDALE Household Textiles Co., Ltd. and CEO Li Jing, expressed their gratitude for HNUC because it had conveyed numerous excellent graduates to it, what's more, most of them had developed into the fresh troops for the enterprise development. And Hunan MENDALE Household Textiles Co., Ltd. will provide internship and employment posts for our university's graduates as always, and they hoped that both parties will carry out a wider range of communication in the innovation and entrepreneurship education, teaching practice and other aspects to realize win-win co-operation and mutual benefits.
The secretary of the Party Committee Tang Yayang spoke highly of "inhabitativeness culture" and said that MENDALE had created the worldwide brand for Hunan and China. He was grateful for the company's appreciation of HNUC's graduates, and he hoped that both parties will get more fruitful results in the talent cultivation, employment and entrepreneurship, teaching practice base construction, industry-university-research project, and realize the seamless connection in the specialty setup, talent demands, teaching scientific research and enterprise innovation.
It was reported that there were more than 80 schoolfellows of our university who worked in Hunan MENDALE Household Textiles Co., Ltd., therein, more than 10% schoolfellows had developed into the senior executives in the enterprise. Due to this cooperation signing and successful holding of brand authorizing ceremony, both parties had laid a solid foundation for the further communication and next cooperation. Meanwhile, our university's graduates will enjoy more internship and employment opportunities along with the deepening cooperation, consequently, our university's employment and entrepreneurship work will be promoted effectively.
