Our School Held Meeting to Promote 2017 Postgraduate Enrollment

On June 30th, HNUC held the 2017 postgraduate enrollment promotion meeting in Graduate School of our university. Leaders of various mandate disciplines, deans of secondary cultivation units, deputy deans in charge of postgraduate work, secretaries of various disciplines and postgraduate managers as well as the school leader Yang Hong attended the meeting which was hosted by Zhou Xiancheng, the dean of Graduate School.

In the meeting, Zhou Xiancheng analyzed the circumstances of would-be postgraduates in 2015 and 2016 in our university and amplified the 2017 postgraduate enrollment promotion plan for our university, further clarified the responsibilities and requirements of Graduate School and various enrollment cultivation units and made arrangements about how to establish an all-around enrollment promotion system.

The school leader Yang Hong proposed three requirements for the enrollment promotion work. Firstly, it is necessary to adopt various forms to carry out the enrollment promotion work. There are supposed to be corresponding promotional channels and measures in other higher educational institutions in Changsha and related higher educational institutions inside and outside Hunan Province. Secondly, Graduate School and the secondary cultivation units should work closely to ensure the clear division of responsibility to the people and the acquirement of good results of the enrollment promotion work. Thirdly, the individual enrollment unit should correspondingly conclude the enrollment promotion work at every stage, which would help the accumulation of the enrollment promotion work in the future.
