President Chen Invited in ”Chinese Book Citation Index” Symposium and Employed as Management Committee Member

The symposium of "Chinese Book Citation Index" sponsored by Nanjing University was held in Nanjing recently. Over 60 renowned experts and scholars from 20 universities including Peking University, Tsinghua University, Renmin University of China, Fudan University and Chinese Academy of Social Sciences attended the meeting. Professor Chen Xiaohong, the president of HNUC, was employed as one of the 6 committee members for management study of "Chinese Book Citation Index", making her the only employed expert in Hunan Province. 

Zhang Yibing, the Party Secretary of Nanjing University, addressed the meeting with warm welcome and sincere gratitude to the supportive experts who helped Nanjing University. He briefed the orientation and researching process of CBKCI (Chinese Book Citation Index), saying that it's a significant task and responsibility for the university with the sponsor of the General Administration Bureau of Press and Publication and China Book Review Association.
