It attracted over 50 young innovators from 17 countries, including Ethiopia, Benin, Morocco, and Cameroon, to compete on the same stage. The entries demonstrated strong technological innovation and promising market application prospects, offering new opportunities for practical cooperation between China and Africa in related sectors.
During the intense competition, HUTB's "Global Intelligent E-commerce Pioneer" team demonstrated exceptional professional competence and cross-cultural collaboration skills. In the project presentation segment, the team remained composed and confident, systematically elaborating the innovative concept and implementation roadmap of their project. During the Q&A session, they calmly addressed the judges' inquiries with professional and in-depth responses, earning unanimous praise from the panel.
The China-Africa Youth Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition, serving as a vital platform for promoting friendly cooperation between China and Africa, continues to ignite the passion for innovation and entrepreneurship among youth while effectively facilitating in-depth exchanges between China and Africa in fields such as technology, economy, and culture. The fact that international students of our university competed alongside youths from multiple countries and won the silver award fully demonstrates the positive outcomes of the university's internationalized innovation and entrepreneurship education. It also injects fresh youthful vitality into Hunan Province's efforts to deepen cooperation with Africa and build an inland open highland.
