Speaker’s Profile:

      Qiu Zhijun, a member of the Communist Party of China, holds a master's degree from Renmin University of China. He is a senior economist, career planning consultant, and management consultant. He serves as the Vice Dean of the Zhixing School at the 23rd Metallurgical Construction Group Co., Ltd. Of Minmetals and the General Manager of Hunan Weilai Wuyou Co., Ltd. Qiu Zhijun is an Executive Director of the Enterprise Talent Branch of the Human Resources Development of China. He is a member of the Provincial Career Guidance Expert Group in Hunan Province and a youth career development mentor in Hunan Province. He also serves as a part-time career counselor at the Hunan Provincial Human Resources Center and is a committee member of the Changsha Youth Federation and the President of the Changsha Young Entrepreneurs Association. Furthermore, he is a mentor for the inaugural "Career Guidance" Elite Employment Program at Hebei University, a supervisor for master's students at Central South University of Forestry and Technology, and a social mentor at Hunan University. Qiu Zhijun is also a student development advisor and employment guidance mentor at over 30 universities, including Renmin University of China. In addition, he is a specially invited interviewer for several central and state-owned enterprises in the banking, telecommunications, tobacco, energy, power, and real estate sectors.
