On September 27, the "HUTB Special Job Fair for Matching Graduates of Class 2025 with Central and State-owned Enterprises and Key Enterprises under the 'Visiting Enterprises to Expand Job Opportunities' Program" was held at the Yangfan Gymnasium. A total of 103 central and state-owned enterprises, as well as key enterprises under the "Visiting Enterprises to Expand Job Opportunities" program, participated in this event, offering more than 8,000 job positions. These positions span multiple industries, including high-end manufacturing, information technology, new energy, finance, and trade. The job fair attracted over 3,000 graduates, with more than 500 students on-site confirming their employment intentions with potential employers.
Our university officially launched the recruitment activities for the 2025 graduating class at the beginning of September. A series of two-way selection fairs will be held, including "Special Job Fair with Central and State-Owned Enterprises," "Special Job Fair with Key Industries," "Special Job Fair with Specialized, High-end and Innovation-driven Enterprises," and "Special Job Fair with Alumni Enterprises."
The university continues to actively carry out special initiatives to visit enterprises and expand job opportunities to promote employment. Chief Leaders personally oversee and drive these efforts, engaging in enterprise visits to create more opportunities for high-quality and full employment for graduates. In recent years, our Chief Leaders, various functional departments, and schools have visited over 360 high-quality employers. This job fair serves as both an evaluation and reinforcement of the results from the earlier enterprise visits and job expansion efforts.
The university attaches great importance to student employment and entrepreneurship, treating it as a "top priority" project. It has established and improved relevant systems and mechanisms, promoted employment guidance initiatives, optimized campus recruitment plans, and advanced talent delivery efforts in stages and by industry. The university focuses on building a digital and intelligent platform for employment and entrepreneurship, expanding job supply channels, and regularly organizing recruitment presentations, two-way selection fairs, and networking events. These efforts aim to continuously guide graduates to contribute their skills where the country and its people need them the most.
