HUTB Organizes Students to Actively Engage in Physical Exercise Activities

Recently, in order to further encourage young students to build strong bodies, foster a positive mindset, and boost their resilience, the university organized a "Sunshine Fitness Running" activity for undergraduate and graduate students in the lower grades. This initiative has received an enthusiastic response and welcome from a large number of students. Students arranged their spare time according to their schedules, making full use of the beautiful campus environment and various facilities. They walked outdoors, released stress, and revitalized their spirits, adding beautiful scenery to the campus in the summer.

A student surnamed Huang from the Academy for Advanced Interdisciplinary Studies expressed that he/she particularly enjoys the experience of sports and stepping out of the dormitory and entering the sports field allows him/her to make like-minded friends through sports. A student surnamed Bai from the School of Law & Public Administration mentioned that he/she goes for a run several days a week regularly. The dopamine released during exercise helps relieve stress, thus laying a solid foundation for achieving good academic results. A student surnamed Xu from the School of Accounting expressed that he/she loves sports very much because exercise allows one to keep a cheerful mood and display a good mental state and it is also more conducive to efficient learning.
