Speaker’s Profile:

Li Ting, after graduating from school, has continuously enriched and enhanced herself through work. She currently acts as the executive director, deputy secretary of the Party Committee, and director of Administrative Human Resources of Wasion Group Co., Ltd. She has become one of the first guidance experts for employment and entrepreneurship of college graduates in the National Talent Mobility Center of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security in 2018, and the special mentor for employment and entrepreneurship of the Department of Human Resources and Social Security of Hunan Province. She also serves as the vice president of Hunan Human Resources Association, and was chosen as the model worker in Changsha. In the constant promotion, she does not accept the status quo and constantly improves herself. Since taking up an occupation, she has 13 years of rich experience in administration and human resource management.

The elder alumnais still on the way forward. She sticks to her original aspirations and strengthens her beliefs. At the same time, she hopes to share her experience with the younger students and tell everyone about her experience and what she has thought about since her career.
