Brief introduction of lecturer: Zhao Juan, graduated from Hunan University (211/985), had worked in the global top 500 company (Ping An Insurance), top 100 company of Internet in China (JWINLINk Group, the Marketing Service Center of Baidu in Hunan), and Internet Round A Startup (iWatt, the Experience Center of Google Adwords). Zhao has been the recruitment supervisor, training supervisor, manager of the department of recruitment and development, director of human resources. With business shifted into HR (human resources), Zhao Juan also has rich experience in human resources practices.

Currently, Zhao focuses on organization and talent development and career development, and researches how to achieve the win-win of organization development and individual development in the age of individual’s rising.
