Xiang Yi, a well-known professor of Business  College in Jacksonville State University (JSU).. JSU, ranking top 100  inAmerica, has strong advantages in human resource management, tourism management and big data analysis. Professor Yi is mainly engaged in human resource management, organizational behavior and innovation management. He has published many SCCI papers, including those published in first-class management journals, therein, 2 articles are selected as best paper by Academy of Management   Conference. In addition, Professor Yi also serves as the judge of six kinds of international SCCI journals.
