Introduction of the Speaker: Zhan Xiaoya is vice director of Financial Big Data Department of Guotai’an. He is also executive director of Financial Big Data Center of Shenzhen Advanced Technology Research Institute, Chinese Academy of Sciences. Mr. Zhan mainly focuses on exploring and distributed processing Internet Large-scale Data. He has already taken part in several key state-funded science programs. And now Mr. Zhan is the sub-project director of “973 Project”, Ministry of Education. His multiple transaction modes have been adopted by financial institutions.

Working Experience:

September 2004- August 2006 Intern researcher at the Institute of Geology and Geophysics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences

November 2010- December 2012 Visiting scholar at University of California at Los Angeles

January 2013- September 2015 Associate Professor at Shenzhen Advanced Technology Research Institute of the Chinese Academy of Sciences

August 2016- now Senior consultant at Shenzhen Guotai’an Educational Technology Ltd, reviewer of Physics Review and PEPI, and successful candidate of Peacock Plan in Shenzhen.
