Introduction of the Speaker: Cheng Yu graduated from School of Law of Hunan University of Commerce. After graduating from HNUC, Mr. Cheng went to work in Helan Broadcasting and TV Station in Yinchuan, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region. Now he is the host of both “Zero Distance” which is about civic news and “Law Dissemination Theater” which is a legal program. Also, Mr. Cheng is a journalist of both “Helan News” and “Zero Distance”. At the same time, Cheng Yu is one of the team leaders of “Front Teeth” Training Center Broadcasting and Hosting of Helan TV Station.
