Introduction of the Speaker: Lei Dinghua, male, who is a team member of Legal Counsel Group of Shaoyang Chamber of Commerce of Changsha. He is also a team member of Legal Counsel Group of both Heilongjiang Chamber of Commerce of Hunan Province and Hunan Red Cross Society. Now he is the vice-director of Sanxiang Law Service Office in Changsha and also the president of Hunan Jidinghua Law Consulting Co. Ltd.
