Introduction of the Speaker: Li Sizhen, female, who is the Secretary of the Board of Douglas China, and the Director of Listing Office. Professional master of Management Science of Ji’nan University, senior financial planner, human resources manager and NLP master practitioner. She has engaged in human resources management and preparations for listing for eight years in companies applying for listing on growth enterprises market and large listing real estate companies. She studied with NLP master, Mr. Li Guoying and Mr. Yangyin. Miss Li has her own unique understanding cognition of career planning, personal growth and relationships between oneself and the world.
