Introduction of the speaker: Mr. Yan Xunhui joined True Kungfu (China) Catering Group Company in 1999 and was fully responsible for the preparation and management of national new chain stores of True Kungfu as the first batch of entrepreneurial elite. He personally completed the design and decoration of 300 stores for True Kungfu. During the period of working in True Kungfu for 10 years, he participated in the process of True Kungfu developing from 0 to 300 stores and accumulated quite profound chain catering management experience. He left True Kungfu and joined Mengziyuan Rice Noodles Catering Company in 2008, and has been working as the executive general manager of the company. He created the independent catering brand Girl Phoenix with national characteristics in 2011 and was committed to building the first national characteristic catering brand with Hunan flavor. The company-owned stores of Girl Phoenix have expanded to nearly 30 by 2015, and spread throughout Changsha, Zhuzhou, Xiangtan and Fenghuang Ancient City, Hunan. He founded the sister brand of Girl Phoenix - Girl Cuicui in 2015, and jointly created the beautiful future together with predestined friends with the enterprise value of “integrity, practicability, responsibility and sharing”.
