The university’s 2026 Spring-Summer Fun Sports Event was recently held at Feiyue Stadium on the South Campus. Student teams from all secondary schools across the university gathered on the field. The event was well-organized and orderly, with a vibrant and spirited atmosphere prevailing throughout the venue.

Organized by the HUTB Sports and Health Promotion Committee and jointly undertaken by the School of Sports and Health and the HUTB Committee of the CYLC, the event featured eight events: Touhu (pitch-pot) + Chuiwan (ancient golf), long rope skipping, "stepping on stones to cross the river," archery, giant-foot relay racing, shuttlecock kicking, frisbee accuracy throwing, and simplified Gaojiaoma (stilt-horse) racing. The event integrated traditional sports culture with modern recreational competition, balancing individual skill showcases with team collaboration, fully embodying the unity of athleticism and entertainment. All athletes competed with sportsmanship and drive, officials officiated with impartiality and precision, and staff remained at their posts to ensure seamless logistics, guaranteeing the successful completion of the games.

The School of Public Administration and Tourism Management clinched the overall championship with 109 points. The School of Artificial Intelligence and Robotics and the School of Intelligent Engineering and Manufacturing secured second and third place respectively. The top eight was rounded out by the School of New Energy and Environment, the School of Business Administration, the Academy for Advanced Interdisciplinary Studies and Future Technologies, the School of Law & Public Administration, and the School of Economy & Trade. Rankings for individual events were also announced simultaneously.
