Speaker’s Profile:
Xie Liangqiong, male, alumnus of the class of 1999 in finance and accounting from HUTB, holds a Master's degree in Advanced Business Administration from Hunan University. He is a qualified Certified Public Accountant, Senior Economist, Credit Manager, National Level 2 Psychological Counselor, and Hypnotherapy Practitioner. Xie Liangqiong currently serves as Director, Party Secretary, and Vice President of Gold Cup Electric Apparatus Co., Ltd., a leading enterprise in China's wire and cable industry. He is also the Chairman of Gold Cup Electric Apparatus Hengyang Cables Co., Ltd., deputy to the 13th and 14th Hunan Provincial People's Congresses, President of the Hunan Wire &Cable Association, Vice-Chairman of the Hunan Province Transmission and Transformation Industry Cluster, Special Supervisor of the Hunan Provincial Supervisory Committee, Conduct Supervisor of the Administration for Market Regulation of Hunan Province, Conduct Supervisor of the Department of Human Resources and Social Security of Hunan Province, External Master Supervisor for Hunan University and HUTB, the first top ten credit managers in Hunan province, an outstanding party member of non-public enterprises in Hunan Province in 2019, an outstanding cultural construction contributor of Chinese enterprises in 2020, and an outstanding quality personnel for the mechanical and equipment industry in Hunan Province in 2020. Having been deeply rooted in the front line of the real economy for 24 years, he has successively held the positions of finance director and general manager in several medium and large-sized enterprises, possessing rich experience in corporate management.
