The First Animation Design Competition for ”Campus Environment” to Be Held in Our University

On December 16, the finals of first campus environment culture animation design competition with a theme of "Love and honor the university by practice, strive to be a cultivated student in HNUC" co-organized by the Communist Youth League HNUC Committee and Youth Volunteers Association of HNUC was held in the No. 301 lecture hall in the No. 2 Office Building.

This animation design competition in a theme of "initiating campus civilization" was started on November 15, attracted 33 teams, and 9 teams reached the final after the preliminary and intermediary contests. The final contest was divided into three links: "Talent show", the players show their talents by songs, guitar solo, comic dialogue, etc. "Video display", present their innovative works; "PPT demonstration", explain theme design and idea creation of the works to the audience. These links connect closely with each other, and the distinct themes are a deep education on campus civilization for players and audience.

After the violent contest, Pot Cover Forgetting his School Bag won the first prize of this competition, and Thinking over Party won the Best Popularity Award. The deputy director Jiang Zhengfu addressed on behalf of the jury, and made a comment on the works. He praised that the competition "integrated speech, animation design and ideology, and improved the comprehensive quality of players". He also encouraged the audience to establish an awareness of cultivation, care for our beautiful campus and actively participate in the construction of civilized campus by sharing what he saw in and outside the university.

This animation design competition aimed to advocate a new fashion of campus civilization for caring our campus, and enhance students’ awareness of loving university. This competition appealed students for caring the campus environment and facilitated the construction of civilized campus by design an animation image reflecting the characteristics of our university and the vitality and enthusiasm of volunteers. After one month of contests, the design level of video animation was improved; the students' awareness of protecting environmental civilization was enhanced; and the good spiritual appearance of our students was reflected.
