School of Law and Public Management Held ”Lushan Schoolfellow Entrepreneur” Forum

On the evening of November 1, School of Law and Public Management held the 58th Lushan schoolfellow forum at moot court F101 successfully. The speaker was upperclassman Zhang Linyan graduating from law specialty of our university in 2012.
Zhang Linyan assiduously studied master graduate courses in the field of Constitution and Administrative Law in China University of Political Science and Law and took up law affair work at Taiji Computer Co., Ltd successively after graduating as undergraduate in HNUC. And now he works as judge assistant of administrative tribunal of Changsha Yuelu District People's Court. Upperclassman Zhang Linyan's lecture took "my career design and learning method" as the theme mainly facing freshmen of law specialty in 2016.
At the beginning of the lecture, upperclassman Zhang Linyan cited "Don't idle away your time when you are young, otherwise you will feel sad and regretful when you are old." from Yuefei to sigh with emotion for his 8-year growing experience. He modestly thought that he was an ordinary person, with not high intelligence, not strong capacity, not deep pockets and energy shortage. Once he was afraid and nervous so that his hands trembled due to insignificant questionnaire, so he chose to exert a hundred times as much effort, chasten mind and body by hardship, live frugally and keep on fighting to continuously temper, overcome and improve himself.
When talking about his career design, he said frankly that he once had all kinds of dreams and felt confused for a long time. Self-cultivation and studying when learning at university made him benefit all his life. He emphasized the importance of extensive reading and insisting on reading for several times and reminded us of learning to form our own lightspot, grasp intensive reading and reading more as well as gain our own opinions by virtue of contrasting different opinions. In terms of learning method, he thought that learning was an input process, and practice was an output process. It's necessary to think and apply it after understanding and remembering it, and a good result would be gained after combining these two. He also briefly talked about examination method and said that students shall pay attention to alternating work with rest, do well in planning proposal and thinking. Meanwhile, he recommended many books worth reading to everyone.
Finally, he heartily hoped that everyone could find the person studying hard together, keep positive mental attitude and tolerant, and didn't shut themselves out but shall accumulate more experience and improve social skill. Upperclassman Zhang Linyan's ancient prose attainment was very profound and he cited various proverbs as reference, which made students present acclaim as the peak of perfection and benefit a lot.
