School of Business Administration Initiated New Scientific Research Innovation Team Building Mode

In order to further implement scientific research work meeting spirit of our university, accelerate development of scientific research innovation and guide and encourage the School to form a good scientific research innovation atmosphere and scientific research team building, School of Business Administration formulated Funding and Management Method for Scientific Research Innovation Team of School of Business Administration (Trial) (hereinafter referred to as Funding and Management Method).

After previous publicity and work, teachers of the School had organized 7 teams to apply for 2016 scientific research innovation teams on the basis of existing research. On the afternoon of October 18, 2016, Academic Committee of School of Business Administration evaluated 7 teams to be applied this time. After evaluation by experts, 5 teams finally won the 2016 funding. According to Funding and Management Method, each team would sign related agreements with the School. Annual dynamic management and adjustment shall be implemented and one funding cycle was three years and special funding of RMB 30,000 would be annually provided by the School. Each team must complete more than one (presiding) national subjects, publishing 10 theses on C journal, publishing 2 Type B theses and winning provincial level B3 and above awards within three years.

School of Business Administration strived to fully arouse the scientific research enthusiasm of teachers, build stable scientific research team, form sustainable scientific research achievements and realize great-leap-forward development of scientific research work by virtue of the innovation activity. New scientific research innovation team building mode initiated by the School was highly recognized and evaluated by university's leaders. (Yin Yuanyuan)
