The schoolfellow Ning Songkai threw out his own suggestions for marketing personnel after 90s, namely "three lows and three highs": "Three lows" refer to low profile-being calm and down-to-earth and not being ambitious: low starting point-sharpen a lot and full understanding yourself; low requirements-cherishing people and things with less complaint. "Three highs" refer to high standard and requirements and facing up to challenge: high profile means fine quality of exemplary conduct and nobility of character, keeping modest and learning to be grateful; high starting point means long-term perspective, believing in yourself without giving up easily.
