HUTB Holds a Discussion and Exchange Meeting of Instructors

On the afternoon of December 29, the Discussion and Exchange Meeting of Instructors was held in the conference room on the 15th floor of the Economic Management Complex. Chen Xiaohong, Party Secretary and CAE Academician, attended the meeting and made a concluding speech, while Vice Presidents Gan Dejian and Yi Mianyang also attended. Heads of relevant functional departments, Party secretaries and vice secretaries of schools, and all instructors participated in the meeting. The meeting was presided over by Vice President Gan Dejian.
At the meeting, the representatives of the participating instructors expressed their gratitude to the Party Committee of HUTB for a series of policy support for the team building and the growth and development of instructors, and shared their work experiences and insights, and introduced their own ways and means to carry out student work. Everyone said that according to the decision-making arrangements of the Party Committee of HUTB, they will adhere to the fundamental task of cultivating people by virtue, live up to their mission, overcome difficulties and move forward bravely, guide students to grow up healthily with emotional education, and strive to train builders and successors with all-round ability in areas such as morals, intelligence, physical fitness, work and aesthetics, so as to make greater contributions to the development of HUTB.
Vice President Gan Dejian combed the recent student works of HUTB, analyzed the existing shortcomings, and made arrangements for the next stage of work.
Secretary Chen Xiaohong affirmed the student works carried out by all instructors in the early stage, and put forward three work requirements: first, adhere to a high political position, strengthen the political judgment, understanding and execution, and deeply understand the new trends and new characteristics of instructors work in the new period; second, strengthen the theoretical study, continuously improve the professional quality, actively spread the positive energy, carry forward the traditional virtues of the Chinese nation, and convey and implement the decision-making arrangements to every "nerve endings"; third, improve the working ability, establish a big pattern and vision, be brave in climbing, breaking through and tackling key problems, be especially able to endure hardships and fight, take the initiative to approach students, get close to students, care for students, and well perform the student work with heart and emotion, so as to escort students to grow up healthily.
