Chief Leaders Audit the "First Lesson of the Semester"

On the morning of September 13, the campus began to hum. Students carrying bags walked into the classrooms and started their study life in fall semester. As the bell rang, the voices of "hello, teacher" and "hello, students" rose and fell in the teaching building, marking the start of the first season in the semester. All chief leaders at school, accompanied by leaders of relevant functional departments and secondary schools, went to each teaching building to learn about the classroom teaching situation and supervise the teaching work.

HUTB Party Secretary and CAE Academician Chen Xiaohong audited Teacher Jiang Lin's Machine Learning course in Classroom D303 of the Economic Management Complex, and led a team to inspect the teaching situation in the teaching building. She highly affirmed the overall effect of "first lesson" in the new semester and put forward instructive suggestions on further strengthening classroom teaching.

President Huang Xin audited Chen Wen's Hospitality Industry Management course and Zeng Aiqing's Management Accounting in Room A206 of Zhicheng Building and Room F302 of Lezhi Building respectively. Other chief leaders also listened to the teachers in class.

In order to organize the classroom teaching work in the fall semester, the Academic Affairs Division and secondary academic institutions have set up inspection groups to comprehensively inspect the attendance of teachers and students, classroom teaching and teaching equipment. It's found that both the teachers and students arrived at the classroom on time, the teaching equipment was in good condition, teaching environment was clean and logistics support was available. Teachers were well prepared and taught the students carefully; the students listened to the lectures carefully with full spirit; classroom atmosphere was good and orderly.
