2021-04-26
From March 22 to April 11, HUTB successfully completed the graduate student re-examination for the year of 2021. Against the background of regular epidemic prevention and control, this year’s re-examination was carried out via on-line remote interview. Under the unified leadership of the leading group for enrollment, HUTB comprehensively implemented the working requirements of “one platform”, “two identifications”, “three randoms” and “four comparisons” raised by the Ministry of Education and the Education Examinations Authority of Hunan Province. On the basis of ensuring safety, fairness and scientific nature, HUTB improved the re-examination mechanism, standardized the re-examination management, developed vigorous re-examination criteria, strengthened the re-examination supervision and inspection, and smoothly completed the re-examination.

In order to coordinate the epidemic prevention and control and enrollment and organize the re-examination of graduate students, HUTB formulated the Working Plan of HUTB on the Re-examination and Enrollment of Graduate Students for the Year of 2021after multiple discussions. HUTB organized the implementation of the working plan after it was approved by the Department of Education of Hunan Province. HUTB successively held the working conference on the re-eximination of graduate students for the year of 2021 and the training session for graduate student affairs directors of secondary enrollment units & the training session on the interpretation of graduate student enrollment policies for the year of 2021, introduced relevant guidance documents in a timely manner, and implemented policy in a targeted manner, laying a solid foundation for the smooth implementation of re-examination. Under the guidance of the leading group for enrollment of HUTB, 13 secondary enrollment units refined the workflow, and carried out such work as the selection of re-examination teachers, establishment of student contact mechanism, student qualification examination, re-examination training and pre-examination simulation exercise. This year’s re-examination was conducted in strict compliance with the principle of “three randoms” proposed by the Ministry of Education, that is random determination of student sequence, random determination of members of interview team via on-site draw, and random selection of examination questions by students on the site. HUTB exerted strict control over the point of entrance, and prohibited students from taking the re-examination instead of others via “facial recognition” and “ID recognition”. In the meantime, HUTB worked with the re-examination platform provider to actively employ “dual computer position”, “shrink screen prevention” and other techniques to strengthen the regulation of the re-examination process, so as to prohibit exam cheating.
HUTB has published the list of graduate students proposed for admission for the year of 2021. Subsequent enrollment will be organized according to the requirement of the Ministry of Education.
