HUTB has Started the Network Remote Reexamine for Master's Degree Students in 2020

On May 16 and 17, HUTBofficially launched the 2020 online long-distance retest for postgraduate students. The first batch of online long-distance retests were attended by 140 accounting and auditing master candidates.Vice President Zeng Fuqiu went to the siteto guide and inspect the work.
In view of the new situation of the postgraduate reexamination this year, in order to better arrangethe group examination of the postgraduate reexamination, the Graduate School organizedpersonnelandrepeatedly discussed and issued the “HUTB2020 Postgraduate ReexaminationandAdmission Work Plan", which was organized and implemented after being approved by HunanProvincial Examination Institute and Hunan ProvincialDepartmentof Education. The content of the second examinationmainly includes three aspects: professional theoretical foundation test (including political subjects), comprehensive quality and ability test, and foreign language ability test. The test questions are mainly comprehensive and open, and take the form of online questions and answers, thus realizing the “face-to-face” online remote second interview between the examinee and the examiner. Candidates will randomly select test questions through the remote interview system and dictate the answers within the specified time. The interview teacher will randomly ask and answer the candidates under the conditions withsufficient time. The time for each candidate's professional theoretical foundation test, comprehensive quality and ability test will be no less than 10 minutes, and the time for foreign language ability test will be no less than 5 minutes.
In order to ensure the smooth progress of the reexamination work, after repeated comparisons, HUTBhas chosen China Mobile's “cloud video-cloud examination room” as the remote reexamination platform,adopting the smart classroom of HUTBas the online reexamination room. HUTBhasset up a hardware environment that integrates camera, monitoring, pickup, recording and playing, andhasindependently developed a random question extraction program. The whole reexamination process is standardized and smooth. During the second interview, HUTBstrictly followed the Ministry of Education's working methods of “One Platform, Two Recognitions, Three Randomizations and Four Comparisons” to ensure fairness and justice. “One platform” refers to a unified reexamination platform to be used for the same major by the enrollment unitsconducting the remote reexamination. “Two Recognitions” refer to face recognition and witness recognition to prevent surrogate test taker; “Three Randomness” refer to randomly selecting the order of candidates, randomly determining the composition of the tutor group, and randomly selecting retest questions to ensure fairness and justice in retest examination. “Four Comparisons” refer to the data comparison of examinee information through the examination database, student status and education database, population information database and integrity file database, so as to strengthen the examinee identity verification,retest processsupervisionto avoidcheating.
Each secondary school has set up a reexaminesupervision team to supervise and inspect all links of the reexam process and to accept examinees' reportsand complaints. The discipline inspection and supervision department of HUTBhas carried out comprehensive and effective supervision over the re-examination admission work, and has sent staff to the re-examination admission site to conduct a tourinspection. During the epidemic prevention and control period, HUTBthoroughly cleaned and disinfected the reexamination site in advance, maintained indoor ventilation, prepared face masks and measured body temperature for the staff participating in the reexamination, and strictly prohibited the staff who did not wear masks or had abnormal body temperature from entering the reexamination site.
Recently,HUTBwill also organize the completion of the second batch of online remote retests (for other disciplines and specialties). HUTBwill further optimize the details of the work in combination with the experience and practices of this retestto ensure the successful completion of the enrollment of master's degree students this year.
