Notice of HUTB on Students Returning to Campus in Spring Semester 2020

With the approval of Hunan Provincial Department of Education and Changsha Municipal Leading Group on Epidemic Prevention and Control, the 2020 graduates of HUTBwill return to Campusorderly in batches starting from May 23. The arrangement for students to return campusis hereby notified as follows:
1. After individual application and school approval, the graduates of the undergraduate and junior college will return to school in batches starting from May 23 and thepostgraduate students will return to school in batches starting from June 1. The studentswho received thenotice of return to campus may returnaccording to the requirements,but they shallprotect themselves on the way to HUTB.
2.This non-graduates (including undergraduates, junior collegestudents and postgraduate students) will not return to the campusfor the time being,and the schools will continue to carry out online teaching according to the teaching plan.
3.Students with learning conditions that are indeed difficult can returnto campus for study after individual application and school approval. Unapproved students are not allowed to return to campus.
4. According to therequirementsof HunanProvincial Department of Education and Changsha Municipal Leading Group on Epidemic Prevention and Control, students should provide the schoolswith the electronic files of “HUTBStudent Health Information Registration Card” and the “Health Code” as well as relevant documentsstipulated by government departments within three days before the stipulated return time, and make a commitment to authenticity, thenreturn to campusafter approval.
