A Total of 12 Projects of Our University Approved by National Innovation and Entrepreneurship Training Program for Higher Education Students

In recent days, Ministry of Education issued the Notice on Announcing the List of 2018 National Innovation and Entrepreneurship Training Program for College Students (JGSH [2018] No. 39), and a total of 12 projects of our university was approved, which is a record high.
The national innovation and entrepreneurship training program for college students is one of the "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan" undergraduate teaching quality and teaching reform projects implemented by Ministry of Education, aiming to promote ideological change in education and talent cultivation mode reform of colleges and universities, and vigorously cultivate students' innovation and entrepreneurial ability. According to the spirit of documents of Ministry of Education, our University carefully organized the recommendation and evaluation work of 2018 national innovation and entrepreneurship training program for college students. Finally, a total of 34 projects (including 10 projects of Beijin College) won the provincial-level project approval, and 12 projects (including 2 projects of Beijin College) won the national-level project approval. Beijin College achieved the breakthrough of zero in national-level projects.
In recent years, the University pays high attention to cultivating the innovation and entrepreneurship ability of students, actively organizes students to participate in the entrepreneurial competition and skill competition and declaration of research-based learning and innovation projects for college students, and continuously strengthen the daily management. The national projects reached a record high, which reflects our unremitting exploration in deepening the education and teaching reform and striving to cultivate the innovative, entrepreneurial and application-oriented talents.
