Academician Chen Xiaohong Delivered a Keynote Speech on the 7th National Entrepreneurship Education Seminar

From Sep. 21 -23, the 7th National Entrepreneurship Education Seminar and innovation and entrepreneurship Education Development Forum of MBA Training Institutions was held in Business School of Nankai University. President Academician Chen Xiaohong, Yan Bin, Vice President of Tsinghua University, Mao Jiye, Dean of Renmin Business School, Zhang Yuli, Dean of Business School of Nankai University, Gao Chuang, Director of Academic Committee of Capital University of Economics, members of China National MBA Education Supervisory Committee and Business Management Education Supervisory Committee for Colleges and Universities of the Ministry of Education, more than 300 experts and scholars, including persons in charge of MBA education of colleges and universities, persons in charge of innovation and entrepreneurship courses and education project construction attended the forum. President Academician Chen Xiaohong was invited to deliver a keynote speech after the opening ceremony of the forum.
During the keynote speech titled " Innovation and Entrepreneurship under the Digital Economy Era", Academician Chen Xiaohong pointed out that: Under the circumstances that China vigorously implements the innovation-driven strategy, higher education has exposed to the profound reform and the digital economy has come, colleges and universities should pay more attention to the innovation and entrepreneurship and properly understand the new trend and requirements for the innovation and entrepreneurship education.
During the speech, Academician Chen Xiaohong made a macro analysis of the digital economy, and analyzed the profound impact of the digital economy on the economic and social development, especially "double innovation" education. By taking the big data, block chain and artificial intelligence as an example, and combining with the typical case of the entrepreneurship application in the current industrial fields, she pointed out that it is necessary to fully grasp the role of big data, block chain and artificial intelligence in providing innovation and entrepreneurship with a new engine, new opportunities and new space. She shared the exploration and practice of innovation and entrepreneurship education of HNUC, and deeply thought the method of the digital economy to better promote the innovation and entrepreneurship education, serve the new business pattern of the digital economy and serve the national innovation-driven development strategy. The wonderful speech aroused the warm response and high resonance of the audiences.
This forum was jointly held by Center for Collaborative Promotion of Innovation and Entrepreneurship of China National MBA Education Supervisory Committee and Business Management Education Supervisory Committee for Colleges and Universities of the Ministry of Education to implement the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, implement Implementation Opinions of General Office of the State Council on Deepening Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education Reform of Colleges and Universities, integrate the innovation and entrepreneurship education into the whole cultivation process of undergraduate talents and talents with professional degrees, and innovate the cultivation mechanism of the talents. By taking "Innovation and Entrepreneurship Course Teaching and Education Project Design" as the theme, this forum aimed to improve the professional ability of the entrepreneurship teachers, and assisted in improving the effect of innovation and entrepreneurship education of different colleges and universities.
