Chief Leaders Go Deep into Classroom to Check "First Class" of Spring Semester

If we are diligent, the spring will come early, and it’s the right time for reading. On the morning of February 27, the campus became lively. With the bell ringing of the first class, the voices of "Hello Teacher" and "Hello Students" came one after another in the teaching building, and the "First Class" of new semester officially started. The meeting was attended by Chen Xiaohong, Secretary of CPC HUTB Committee, Director of Xiangjiang Laboratory and CAE Academician, Huang Xin, Deputy Secretary of CPC HUTB Committee and President, Xiao Xiaoqin, Deputy Secretary of CPC HUTB Committee and other chief leaders in the campus went to each teaching building to learn about classroom teaching and inspect and guide the beginning of term.
Secretary Chen Xiaohong inspected the classroom teaching situation in Zhicheng Building, put forward requirements for teachers to carry out classroom teaching work well, and cordially inquired about the students' study and life in the new semester. She highly affirmed the overall situation of the "First Class" in the new semester, and put forward guiding opinions on further strengthening classroom teaching. In addition, Secretary Chen Xiaohong affirmed the upgrading project of Zhicheng Building, and asked the relevant departments to further grasp the details to create a more comfortable and tasteful learning and working environment for teachers and students.
President Huang Xin listened to Zhang Ting's course of Group Work and Chen Chong's course of College Physics A (I) in Lezhi Building, and communicated with teachers and students. Other chief leaders have also entered the classroom to attend lectures.
In order to organize the classroom teaching in the spring semester, the Academic Affairs Division and all secondary teaching units have set up inspection teams to conduct a comprehensive inspection of the arrival of teachers and students, classroom teaching and teaching equipment. According to the inspection, on the first day of new semester, teachers and students arrived in good condition, teaching equipment worked normally, teaching environment was clean and tidy, and logistics support was strong. Teachers prepare lessons fully, teach carefully, students are full of energy, listen to lectures carefully, and the classroom atmosphere is good and orderly.
In addition, students who have no curriculum arrangement also study hard in academies, libraries, study rooms and other study places. Teachers and students of the whole university are marching into the new semester with a high-spirited attitude, and striving to promote new development, create new achievements and achieve new leaps in the new year.
