HUTB Holds 25th Table Tennis Competition

To enrich the campus sports culture, on May 29, the 25th Table Tennis Competition of HUTB was held in the table tennis room of the stadium. This competition was organized by the Committee for Sports and Health Promotion, with the School of Sports and Health as the host. It was co-hosted by the Student Affairs Division, the Youth League Committee, and the Table Tennis Association. The competition consisted of the Men's Team and Women's Team events.
On the competition field, the players exhibited high spirits and fought with great determination and effort. A series of exciting moves such as serving, chopping, short-pushing, fast topspin, long-pulling, and quick forehand loops captivated the audience's attention. In the later stages of the competition, the atmosphere on the court gradually became tense as the scores alternated. The players remained calm and composed, skillfully responding to the match. They played remarkable shots, scoring point after point while trying to catch up or surpass their opponents.
After intense competition, the results of the competition were determined. In the Men's Team event, the team from the School of Economy & Trade emerged as the champions, followed by the team from the School of Science as the runners-up. The team from the School of Computer Science secured the third-place spot, while the team from the School of Finance claimed the fourth position. In the Women's Team event, the team from the School of Law & Public Administration emerged as the champions, followed by the team from the School of Business Administration as the runners-up. The team from the School of Public Administration and Human Geography secured the third-place spot, while the team from the School of International Business claimed the fourth position.
