HUTB Tennis Team Achieves Outstanding Results in 2nd China University Tennis Online Tournament

Recently, the 2nd China University Tennis Online Tournament, hosted by the Federation of University Sports of China (FUSC), came to a close. The results of the competition were announced on June 19. Under the guidance of teachers Li Dongqi, Zeng Tongyi, and Wang Yin from the School of Sports and Health, the HUTB tennis team achieved excellent results, including a second-place award in the men's team category, a third-place award in the women's team category, 5 individual first-place awards, 7 individual second-place awards, and 3 individual third-place awards.
This competition featured over 330 athletes from 45 universities, including Fudan University, Renmin University of China, Sichuan University, Southwest University, and more. The competition primarily assessed participating students in areas such as fundamental tennis skills, lesson plan creation, simulated teaching, and theoretical exams. HUTB tennis players diligently practiced their fundamental tennis skills, made dedicated efforts to study tennis theory, and crafted lesson plans with great care, undergoing numerous revisions. After a long period of hard work, their success showcased the spirit of unity and cooperation among the university's athletes.
